8×25 fly- 2 kick, 3 drill, 3 swim

6×150 free on the 2:45

8×25 back- 2 kick, 3 drill, 3 swim

6×150 -1st 50 choice, 2nd free, 3rd choice

8×25 breast- 2 kick, 3 drill, 3 swim
